We'll work together to plan your journey. I'll recommend options that suit your travel style and coordinate the eligible bookings through Reground Travel's affiliated travel agency. You'll always know what's been arranged, what's coming next, and where to turn if you have questions along the way.
It's a good fit if you want one point of contact throughout the planning process, would rather have someone else coordinate the research and eligible bookings, or simply want a more organized and less stressful experience from start to finish.

1. Are the service fees separate from the cost of my trip?
Yes. The service fee covers the time, research, expertise, and personalized support provided. Travel expenses such as flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, insurance, and other travel services are separate.
2. How long does the planning process take?
Every trip is different, so planning timelines vary depending on the complexity of your itinerary, the type of service you choose, and how quickly decisions are made throughout the planning process.
During your Discovery Call, we'll discuss an estimated timeline for your trip so you'll know what to expect before planning begins.
3. Do I have to book through Reground Travel?
No. Travelers using Trip Review & Optimization or Personalized Trip Design are welcome to make their own bookings. If you choose Full-Service Planning & Booking, I'll coordinate your bookings through Reground Travel's affiliated travel agency.
